About Role:
Techlerator is recruiting a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer for a leading Spanish insurance company to join their Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to critical IAM projects, ensuring secure, high-performing, and reliable systems that support the company’s innovative insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for IAM systems, ensuring high performance and security.
- Build and maintain robust automated testing frameworks for web applications and REST APIs.
- Write and manage test scripts using Java and Python.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to identify and resolve defects promptly.
- Validate the integration of public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) within the IAM infrastructure.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps, to ensure seamless deployment and testing processes.
- Conduct security and performance testing to align with compliance requirements and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies.
Requirements
Must-Have (Hard Skills):
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proven experience in testing modern web applications and REST APIs.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, with a preference for Azure DevOps.
Nice-to-Have (Soft Skills):
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of IAM principles and technologies is a plus.
