About the Role:
Techlerator’s client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join their growing team in London. In this pivotal role, you will shape the vision and direction of cutting-edge software products, collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Monitor product performance through metrics, user feedback, and market research, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the delivered product meets end-user expectations and adds value.
- Manage the lifecycle of multiple products or features, from conception to release and beyond.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform, is highly desirable.
- A team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
