Our client is a consulting firm specializing in innovation financing. They support SMEs, start-ups, and organizations in obtaining funding through public grants, banks, crowdfunding platforms, and investment funds. As part of their ongoing technological transformation, the company is migrating from no-code platforms to fully coded solutions, requiring an experienced Full-Stack Developer to lead this initiative.
Role Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the migration from no-code to coded solutions, working on both the front-end and back-end to deliver seamless and efficient systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to contribute to
building scalable and robust applications while optimizing legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Implement user interfaces (front-end) and business logic (back-end) to create seamless user experiences.
- Ensure that all systems are responsive and meet the needs of end users.
2. Migration Support
- Lead the transition from no-code platforms to coded solutions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Refactor legacy code and optimize it for integration into new systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all migrated systems align with the organization’s goals.
3.Testing and Debugging
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
- Ensure robust functionality, performance, and security in all developed systems.
- Use testing frameworks and tools to maintain code quality.
4.Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Document system architecture and development processes for future reference.
5. Continuous Learning and Improvement
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.
- Propose and implement innovations to enhance development workflows and system performance.
Requirements

Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and frameworks like Express.js or Django.

Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL databases).

Experience migrating systems from no-code platforms to custom-coded solutions.
