Role Overview:
As a Front-End Developer, you will play a key role in developing responsive, high- performance user interfaces and leading the migration from no-code to coded solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the transition is seamless while maintaining
high usability and performance standards.
Location: Remote (Central European Time – CET)
Key Responsibilities:
- Front-End Development
- Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Implement responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into functional, visually appealing front-end code.
- Migration Support
- Lead the migration of existing systems from no-code platforms to coded solutions.
- Optimize legacy processes and integrate them with new technologies.
- Troubleshoot migration challenges and provide scalable, practical solutions.
- Performance Optimization and Testing
- Ensure front-end applications meet performance benchmarks for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Debug and resolve issues efficiently to maintain a high-quality user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with back-end developers, project managers, and stakeholders to align deliverables with business goals.
- Provide clear documentation and regular updates on project progress and challenges.
- Act as a technical advisor for front-end best practices during the migration process.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and tools.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance workflows and improve product quality.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proven experience in migrating from no-code platforms to coded solutions.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git and development pipelines.
- Experience with integrating APIs and back-end services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
