About the Role:
Techlerator is recruiting for our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in innovation financing. The company supports SMEs, start-ups, and organizations in securing funding through public grants, banks, crowdfunding platforms, and investment funds. As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in preparing financial documentation, developing robust financial models, and supporting fundraising initiatives. This role requires a bilingual professional fluent in French and English, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and business strategy.
Location: Remote (Central European Time – CET)
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive financial documentation, including assumptions, financial forecasts, and analytical reports.
- Prepare clear and compelling investment decks to support funding initiatives.
- Conduct market research and benchmark to inform financial strategies.
Financial Modeling:
- Build detailed financial models to assess project viability, funding requirements, and profitability.
- Analyze cash flow, cost structures, and investment returns for existing and proposed initiatives.
- Fundraising Support
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support grant applications, venture capital funding, and other investment opportunities.
- Prepare materials and presentations for meetings with investors, lenders, and other funding sources.
- Identify innovative financing solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
Strategic Financial Planning:
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the client’s financial strategy.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial performance and project outcomes.
Bilingual Communication:
- Draft and present reports, models, and documents in both French and English.
- Engage with international stakeholders and adapt communication styles to suit cultural and linguistic nuances.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and fundraising (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience working with SMEs, start-ups, or in innovation financing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively within the CET timezone.
