About the Role:
Techlerator is recruiting on behalf of our client, a consulting firm specializing in innovation financing. The firm supports SMEs, start-ups, and organizations in securing funding through public grants, banks, crowdfunding platforms, and investment funds.
The role of Community Manager – Social Media Manager is critical to enhancing their online presence, fostering community engagement, and driving growth. This is a bilingual position requiring proficiency in English and French to communicate with a diverse audience effectively.
Location: Remote (Central European Time – CET)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
Monitor trends and engagement metrics to improve strategies continuously.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Content Creation:
Create engaging, high-quality content in the form of posts, videos, reels,and stories tailored to target audiences.
Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing graphics and videos that align with the brand’s voice.
Develop bilingual content (English and French) that resonates with the audience.
Community Engagement:
Interact with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
Foster meaningful conversations and connections to build brand loyalty and trust.
Identify and engage with key influencers and stakeholders to expand the community.
Growth and Performance Monitoring:
Drive follower growth and engagement, meeting clearly defined KPIs within the first three months.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights for improvement.
Propose new campaign ideas to increase visibility and reach
Brand Alignment:
Ensure all content and interactions reflect the client’s mission, vision, and values.
Adapt communication style to suit cultural and linguistic nuances in both English and French-speaking regions.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Strong graphic design and video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive social media strategies.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SMEs, start-ups, or innovation financing is a plus.
Benefits
Competitive salary of 140,000 – 160,000 XAF.
