About the Role:
Techlerator’s client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is searching for a talented Backend Developer to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend solutions. This role is perfect for a developer passionate about building high-performance systems that drive business success. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices to support enterprise applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions.
Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and clean coding principles.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
Stay abreast of the latest technologies and frameworks, recommending enhancements to the existing tech stack.
Document development processes, architecture, and technical decisions to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Engage in Agile practices, contributing to sprint planning and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in C#, .NET, or Python.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), including experience with serverless computing and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
Understanding of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
