About the Role:
Techlerator’s client, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative integration projects that transform business operations. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that integration solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for integration projects.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and detailed functional requirements.
Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify integration challenges and recommend effective solutions.
Liaise with technical teams, project managers, and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of integration projects.
Create and maintain documentation, including data flow diagrams, system architecture, and process maps.
Support end-to-end testing phases, including creating test scenarios, assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolving integration defects.
Provide training and post-implementation support to stakeholders, ensuring optimal utilization of the integration solutions.
Continuously review and improve integration processes to align with best practices and organizational goals.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on system integrations in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience with integration technologies (APIs, REST, SOAP, or middleware platforms such as BizTalk or MuleSoft).
Familiarity with data transformation, ETL processes, and system migration projects.
Proficient in stakeholder management and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365) is a strong advantage.
A self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
