Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

At Techlerator, we are committed to providing a positive and enriching learning experience for our students. By enrolling in a course at Techlerator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within the first 14 days from the official start date of the enrolled course.

2. Refund Procedure:

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@techlerator.com
  • Provide your full name, course details, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • Refund will only be approved if requested at least 5 business days before the start of enrolled course
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Students will be notified of the status of their refund request via the email address provided during the enrollment process.

3. Course Change:

If a student wishes to change their course within 7 days of enrollment, they may do so without incurring any additional charges. Any difference in course fees will be adjusted accordingly. After the initial 7 days, a course change may be considered, but additional fees may apply based on the new course selection.

  • If the new course has a higher fees, the student will be responsible for paying the difference before they can be enrolled to the new course.
  • If the new course has a lower tuition fee, Techlerator will refund the difference to the student within 15 days of the change request.
  • Student will be charged an administrative fee of 3% if the new course has already started.

4. Course Cancellation:

Techlerator can cancel a course cohort for any reason, enrolled students will be notified within 2 working days of commencement date.

In the event of a course cancellation initiated by Techlerator, students will have the option to:

  • Transfer to the next couse cohort at no additional cost.
  • Defer their enrollment to the next course cohort without incurring any fees.

Students can only cancel participation in an enrolled course by submitting a request via email to contact@teclerator.com at least 5 days before the course commencement date.

5. Deferment Policy:

  • Students who wish to defer their course to the next course cohort date must submit request via email to contact@techlerator.com at least days before the commencement of the originally enrolled course cohort
  • Student can only defer a course enrollment to the next course cohort.
  • Any deferment request beyond the next cohort may be subject to a deferment fee. The amount of the fee will be determined by Techlerator and communicated to the student.
